In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call Customer Service at 1-800-353-8533 within three business days of receipt of your order. If your order arrives damaged, we will arrange for it to be picked up for inspection. Please do not dispose of any item, even perishable ones, until you have spoken with Customer Service. We cannot accept responsibility for orders with incomplete or invalid addresses, or sent to recipients not available to accept the package in a timely manner.

Standard Delivery: All on-line orders are shipped free of charge via FedEx Ground to arrive within 2-4 business days. All other orders are accessed the shipping fee based on FedEx current shipping charges.
Next Day or 2-Day Air Charges can be requested by contacting us at 1-800-353-8553. Charges for this Express Mail will be based on FedEx current charges.
To minimize the chances of shipments sitting over the weekend in transit, our normal shipping days for standard two (2) day delivery are Monday through Wednesday. While we make every effort to follow that schedule, please keep in mind that the holidays, weather conditions, and unforeseen circumstances may force changes to our shipping schedule..
Packages shipped in November and December may be shipped earlier than requested to ensure holiday delivery and to accommodate carrier’s shipping schedules.
All Prices Include Normal Delivery in the Contiguous U.S. 48 States.
Extra shipping charges will be incurred if customer requests special delivery that is not included in our regular shipping costs.
